Before launching my agency Lively, I built a successful career in real estate investing and online education.

I specialized in flipping, developing, and wholesaling properties, transacting on more than 300 single-family homes using a data-driven mix of inbound and outbound marketing strategies. My expertise spans TV ads, cold calling, mass texting, direct mail, Google AdWords, and SEO, all of which I leveraged to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth. Through these marketing and sales strategies, I mastered the art of client acquisition, lead generation, and process optimization—skills that now allow me to help other businesses streamline operations, enhance marketing efforts, and achieve scalable growth.

In 2020, I created and launched a high-ticket coaching program, Virtual Investing Mastery, which became a national best-seller and helped over 400 entrepreneurs scale their businesses by mastering sales, marketing, and real estate operations. Additionally, I became one of the nation's top female Real Estate influencers, hosting Wholesaling Inc., one of the industry's leading podcasts, with over 12,000 daily downloads. My expertise in social media, podcasting, e-courses, affiliate marketing, and content creation has allowed me to build and scale brands, grow engaged audiences, and drive high-converting marketing strategies.

On a personal note, I live in Huntington Beach, CA, with my two daughters, Reese & Presley. When I'm not researching sales strategy, you’ll find me walking along the coast with my Chocolate Lab, Elvis, working out at Equinox, or chasing my teenagers around.
